Turn off the news.

Turn on your heart.

Remember you are

The person that you art.

Close the door after the horse does not stay.

Bite off more than you can chew and chew it anyway.

Go ahead and do what others gainsay.

Pour through what’s left of our shrinking tides.

Find what you can use from its frequent denieds.
